Traditional Fleur Return & Refund Policy

At Traditional Fleur, each floral order is prepared with care and often made specifically for the customer’s selected arrangement, delivery date, and occasion. Because flowers are perishable items, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been prepared, delivered, or picked up.

Order Cancellations

Cancellations must be requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery or pickup time.

If an order is cancelled within the required 24-hour notice period, a refund may be issued to the original payment method.

Cancellation requests made less than 24 hours before the scheduled delivery or pickup time will not be accepted, and the payment will be forfeited. This is because flowers and materials may have already been purchased, prepared, or reserved for the order.

Returns and Exchanges

Due to the perishable nature of flowers and floral arrangements, Traditional Fleur does not accept returns or exchanges.

This includes, but is not limited to:

Fresh flower arrangements
Bouquets
Custom floral orders
Seasonal arrangements
Sale items
Gift cards

Damaged, Incorrect, or Quality Concerns

Please inspect your order upon delivery or pickup. If you receive the wrong item, or if there is a clear issue with the condition of your arrangement, please contact us immediately at:

To help us review the issue, please include:

Your order number
The name used on the order
Photos of the arrangement
A brief description of the concern

Traditional Fleur will review each concern on a case-by-case basis. If we determine that an error occurred on our end, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or another appropriate resolution at our discretion.

Delivery Issues

Traditional Fleur is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses, unavailable recipients, refusal of delivery, or lack of access to the delivery location.

If a delivery cannot be completed for one of these reasons, the order may not be eligible for a refund.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed. Your bank or credit card company may require additional time to post the refund.
